More than 20 years in hospitality.

Crystal’s background includes Hotel Emma, Tim the Girl Catering, Secret Little Garden, Biga on the Banks, and Liberty Bar. Her experience spans craft and classic cocktails, fine dining, catering, private events, and restaurant operations.

At SET + STIR, that experience informs the details: preparing before guests arrive, communicating clearly with hosts and event teams, and making people feel welcome at the bar.

You purchase the alcohol. SET + STIR can help plan a shopping and quantity guide around your guest count, menu, and event details. The planning included is outlined in your proposal.

Can we plan signature cocktails and zero-proof drinks?

Yes. Cocktail selections can reflect your occasion and guest preferences, from refined classics to seasonal flavors. Beer, wine, and thoughtful zero-proof options can be incorporated into the beverage plan.

What is included in the service?

Each proposal identifies the agreed planning, setup, bartending, and breakdown. Bar equipment, glassware, ice, mixers, garnishes, and staffing are discussed during planning so everyone knows what is provided and what is needed.

Where do you serve?

SET + STIR serves San Antonio, Alamo Heights, Boerne, La Vernia, and San Marcos. Share your event location so we can confirm travel availability and any applicable fees.

How is my event priced?

Your proposal reflects the guest count, location, service duration, menu, preparation, and staffing needs. Share a few event details to begin a conversation about the right service for your occasion.
